Graduation Party, Corporate Team Building Event, Quinceañera, Holiday Party, Fundraiser, Bar or Bat Mitzvah or others. Whatever you can think of.

​Special Events pricing is for a five-hour venue rental. Each additional hour is $250. For venue rental on Holidays Saturday pricing applies.

​We offer discounted prices for non-profit organizations and schools.

Santa’s Jingle House and Holiday Parties
During the month of December, the Owen House will be the new home of Santa’s Jingle House. ​This holiday gem was established in 2015 and welcomes thousands of visitors each year. 
Santa, Mrs. Claus and the elves will move into this gorgeously decorated Christmas house the the Saturday after Thanksgiving. There are many events scheduled for guests who would like to experience the magic of the holidays.
